This was an unbelievable experience! I ordered it one day and had it in my hand 2 days later. It arrived fluffed and not at all crinkled or smashed up. No steaming was necessary…it was ready to wear and looked even more beautiful than the picture. Prom was that weekend and I asked for a Rush Order, but they shipped it Ground, charged me no additional fees and I am the happy customer with the dress in plenty of time for prom.
